We have ninety eight apartments consisting of one, two, and three level units. There are 72 different floor plans and the one, two and three bedroom apartments range in size from 631 sq ft up to 2,400 sq ft.

 

What information can you provide on the neighborhood?

 

Chesapeake Commons is located in the heart of Baltimore's Seton Hill and Mount Vernon cultural and historic districts. This mid-town Baltimore neighborhood is near museums and Charles St (lots of restaurants and stores). The property is 10 blocks north of the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. See Location Map

What is included in the rent?

 

Rent includes water, trash pick up, high speed wireless internet access, as well as our comprehensive list of amenities.

What is the parking situation?

 

Parking is available adjacent to the building in our gated lot which is monitored 24 hours a day.

Is there public transportation nearby?

 

Yes, the light rail is right outside the building and there is also a bus stop. Current Info at Maryland Transit Administration

How do guests get in?

 

Visitors must sign in with our 24 hour front desk attendant and are admitted with residents approval.

What are the gym hours? Is there a fee?

 

The gym and recreation area is open 24/7 and it is free for our residents.

What laundry facilities are available?

 

Each Chesapeake Commons unit has its own washer and dryer.

Are pets allowed?

 

Yes, pets are allowed with additional fee.

What utilities am I responsible for?

 

Electric and cable TV (if desired).
